I provide professional photography and videography through Amazing Photo Video - our highly talented real estate photographer who knows how to get your property noticed and look right out of HGTV, highlighting the best aspects of your home. 

Once your property is ready for the photoshoot, high dynamic range photos are taken and then edited for online and print in order to attract the right buyers.

PRINT MARKETING


I print professionally designed high quality brochures, feature sheets, and marketing postcards to highlight the best aspects of your home. I then utilize these materials in targeted 'JUST LISTED' mail-outs, open houses, and door knocking your neighbourhood in order to attract the right buyers. 

A perfect feature sheet is one of the best selling tools. The feature sheet includes professional HDR photographs, floor plans, a neighbourhood summary, property enhancements, and the property’s unique website URL.
